In 2018, a group of ambitious young people decided to establish an automation company after discussion, hoping to utilize their knowledge and integrate high-quality resources in the industry to provide customers with robot integration and non-standard automation solutions. This year, CIANSUNG officially joined the wave of intelligent transformation in China's manufacturing industry and embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship.

The path of entrepreneurship is bound to be bumpy, tortuous, full of uncertainty and challenges, especially at the beginning of the business. How to gain the trust of customers and let them trust us to do projects is a difficult problem facing the young startup team of CIANSUNG. To solve this problem well, in addition to possessing certain professional abilities, it is more important for each team member to always stand in the customer's perspective, think about problems, deeply understand and discover customer needs and pain points, and help customers solve practical problems encountered in production and operation. The effort does not waste the heart. Through the joint efforts of all members of our startup team, in the second year of entrepreneurship (2019), achieved a sales revenue of 15 million yuan. In the same year, in order to improve the overall operation and quality management level of the company and better serve customers, the company actively introduced and obtained ISO9001 quality system certification.

In 2020, with its professional technical and service capabilities, CIANSUNG solved the problem of labor difficulties for multiple manufacturing enterprises, providing customers with comprehensive intelligent manufacturing solutions and supporting services using automation and intelligent technology.

In 2022, CIANSUNG established a professional brand operation team, established its own brand official website, and interacted with customers through self media, short video platforms, and other channels to timely understand their needs and pain points. We used our professional skills to connect with customers' actual needs and create value for them.

In 2024, the CIANSUNG Pizhou manufacturing base was fully put into operation, with an overseas business unit operation center established in Pudong, Shanghai and branches established in Tokyo, Japan and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. CIANSUNG began to officially expand its overseas market, relying on its rich experience in industrial robot applications and continuous accumulation of intelligent manufacturing related technologies. We have launched multiple series of intelligent products under CIANSUNG 's independent brand. We have gradually expanded our business in Southeast Asia, Japan, Russia, the Middle East, Central Asia and other regions, and established multiple service outlets in overseas markets, striving to provide better and more convenient services for overseas customers.
