The CS-F16E-IN-YT is an indoor counterbalance forklift designed for flexible material handling in compact and complex warehouse environments. It has a rated load capacity of 1,600 kg and a maximum lifting height of 3,000 mm. With a compact footprint of 2,235 × 1,165 × 3,005 mm, the vehicle delivers strong maneuverability without the need for outriggers, making it suitable for tight indoor spaces.

The forklift is equipped with 2D/3D LiDAR SLAM navigation and operates at a travel speed of up to 1.4 m/s, powered by a 48V 330Ah battery system. Its counterbalanced structure improves operational flexibility, allowing efficient handling of various pallet types while maintaining stability.

In terms of maneuverability, it supports a right-angle stacking aisle width of 2,966 mm, a turning radius of 3,486 mm, and a minimum aisle width of 1,665 mm for single-lane, no-load operation. It can handle 5% gradients and cross gaps of up to 30 mm, enabling smooth operation across typical indoor floor conditions.

For safety and reliability, the system integrates three LiDAR sensors, safety edge protection, voice warning alerts, and an emergency stop function. The forks measure 1,150 × 180 × 55 mm, allowing compatibility with open-bottom pallets and rack systems. A 2-hour charge provides approximately 6–8 hours of full-load operation, supporting continuous daily workflows.

This model is well suited for indoor applications such as mechanical processing facilities, packaging and printing workshops, light manufacturing environments, and other space-constrained operations requiring a counterbalance forklift with high flexibility and autonomous navigation.
