Servo drive, touch screen control.

Both ends of the machine head are driven by servo motors.  The adjustment of parameters such as feed speed, chamfering size and the length of the processed material only needs to be set through the touch screen.  There is also a counting function and tool change time setting, which is convenient to operate.

The fixture adopts synchronous center clamp (no need to replace the fixture), the material center and the spindle center are consistent, and the concentricity is good. The disposable blade is used for automatic double-headed chamfering of the outer corners and trimming of the end faces of the bars.
