Zero Floor Footprint – Stacker rails are mounted at the top of the rack, leaving the ground completely free. Warehouse width is minimized (material length + approx. 1.3 m).
Pallet‑free Design – Materials rest directly on angled supports, using gravity to prevent rolling. Eliminates pallet costs and maintenance.
Adapts to Old Workshops – No need to modify columns, floors, or ceiling height. In a Korean case, the clearance was only 100 mm above the equipment – installation succeeded.
High Throughput – 30 bundles/hour (actual site data); retrieval time cut from 30+ minutes to under 1 minute.
Unmanned Flow – Combined with RGV and conveyor systems, it automates from bulk inbound to single-piece outbound feeding.
