The CS-F20SL-LD is a heavy-duty narrow-aisle stacker with a rated load capacity of 2,000 kg. Measuring 2,170 x 1,040 x 2,275 mm, it features a lifting height of 2,684 mm and is ideally suited for the high-density storage of heavy goods. Utilizing 2D/3D Laser SLAM navigation, it operates at a speed of 1.7 m/s and is powered by a 24V/270Ah battery, offering an endurance of 10 to 12 hours.
Compared to similar forklift models, this unit offers a higher load capacity, featuring a right-angle stacking aisle width of 2,882 mm and a minimum aisle width of 1,450 mm. It has a curb weight of 1,505 kg, a gradeability of 5%, and a gap-crossing capability of 30 mm. The vehicle is equipped with three LiDAR sensors, safety edges, an emergency stop button, voice alarms, and other safety features. Its forks measure 1,150 × 182 × 55 mm and support the handling of open-bottom pallets and racks. With a charging time of 2 hours, it offers an operating endurance of 8 to 10 hours under full load and achieves a navigation accuracy of ±10 mm. It is ideally suited for the retrieval and storage of heavy pallets in high-rack warehouse environments. Recommended industries include automotive parts, building materials and home furnishings, and bulk commodity warehousing—specifically in scenarios requiring high load capacities and narrow-aisle operations.
