CIANSUNG Roller Type AMR-CS-D05R

The CS-D05R roller-type AMR model can automatically dock with production line rollers and intelligent loading/unloading machines, with a load capacity of up to 500 kg. It is suitable for transporting raw materials, finished products, and semi-finished products in industrial manufacturing processes. The robot incorporates a high-precision laser SLAM positioning and navigation system, providing accurate position and angle data even during high-speed operation. Equipped with safety laser sensors at the front and rear, it scans objects within a 3-meter radius at 360 degrees. Flexible safety avoidance zones can be configured, and intelligent obstacle avoidance mechanisms automatically switch, making it ideal for secure operation in complex environments.

    CS-D05R Lying Lift Rotating AMR is a highly efficient autonomous mobile robot designed for smart warehousing and industrial material handling. Its flexible and adjustable chassis accommodates rated loads from 200 to 5000 kg, making it suitable for diverse material transfer scenarios. Supports laser SLAM/QR code navigation with differential/dual-steering wheel drive, enabling forward/reverse movement, on-the-spot rotation, and lateral shifting for stable operation and agile maneuvering. Navigation positioning accuracy reaches ±10mm, with docking precision up to ±2mm. Operating at 1–1.5m/s and climbing slopes of 5%–10%, it demonstrates strong maneuverability. Equipped with a 48V lithium iron phosphate battery, it supports fast charging in 2 hours and delivers 6–8 hours of full-load operation. Manual/automatic charging options ensure convenience. Ideal for automated handling in factory production lines and smart warehouses, it offers flexible efficiency and reliable durability.

    Unmanned forklifts are required to complete the transportation of finished products from the production line to the temporary storage area; workers can dispatch unmanned forklifts through on-site pager or flatbed to achieve one-click call handling; unmanned forklifts can complete automatic fork picking through pallet attitude recognition, and then transport the goods to the warehouse area, according to the cargo lane recognition technology to determine the degree of overflowing of the cargo lane, and automatically return to the area to be forked after completing the automatic drop-off.
