CIANSUNG Welcomes Romanian Client to Automated Warehouse Project Sites

On August 24th, CIANSUNG had the distinct pleasure of welcoming a valued client from Romania to tour two of our automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) project sites. Driven by a strategic objective to reduce manual labor requirements and enhance operational efficiency, the client was able to gain first-hand insight into how CIANSUNG's automated warehousing solutions can effectively address these challenges.

Pallet Stacker Crane AS/RS 

The first site presented CIANSUNG's pallet stacker crane automated warehouse, encompassing approximately 1,500 square meters. Each storage location offers a load capacity of 1 ton, while the stacker crane achieves operating speeds of up to 240 m/min, ensuring high-throughput pallet handling with exceptional precision and reliability.

Multi-Shuttle (Carton) AS/RS 

The second site featured CIANSUNG's multi-shuttle AS/RS system, spanning approximately 1,800 square meters. With a load capacity of 30 kg per location, the system is capable of processing up to 6,000 cartons per day within a 12-hour working shift, demonstrating outstanding performance in high-frequency, small-item storage and retrieval operations.

The client expressed full satisfaction with both project sites. The visit afforded them a more comprehensive and precise understanding of automated storage and retrieval systems, and enabled them to clearly define the type of automated warehouse best aligned with their operational requirements.
