Motor assembly robot automated production line
The production line realizes the process of installing wave pads, flat pads, rotors into stators, installing motor front end covers, installing screws, locking screws, and magnetizing motors for stepper motors.
The production cycle is 40s/pcs, and the number of users of the whole line is only 2. Compared with manual assembly, 2 labor are saved, and the daily output is increased by 25%. The assembly success rate has increased from 90% to 99.7%, and the product pass rate has increased from 70% to more than 99.5%.
