Three-Way Forklift CS-F16T-MM

The CS-F16T-MM is an ultra-high-lift three-way forklift engineered for dense, high-bay warehouse operations, with a rated load capacity of 1,600 kg. It supports lifting heights from 6,200 mm up to 11,200 mm and features a mast height of 6,665 mm, enabling efficient three-way rotational stacking in extremely narrow aisle environments.

Equipped with 2D/3D laser SLAM navigation and a single-drive steering wheel system, the vehicle delivers precise autonomous movement and strong maneuverability. It achieves a minimum turning radius of 2,688 mm and operates in aisles as narrow as 1,951 mm for right-angle stacking tasks. The unit is also capable of handling 5% gradients and crossing gaps of up to 30 mm, ensuring adaptability in complex warehouse layouts.

For safety and perception, the system integrates three LiDAR sensors, safety edge protection, and an emergency stop function to ensure reliable operation in shared human-machine environments. The forks measure 1,120 × 125 × 50 mm and are compatible with standard pallet handling requirements.

Powered by an 80V 560Ah battery system, the forklift supports fast charging, reaching full capacity in approximately 2 hours. It delivers an operating endurance of 10–12 hours under no-load conditions and 6–8 hours under full load, supporting long shifts with minimal downtime. With high precision navigation and stable control, it is well suited for ultra-high racking systems where space utilization is critical.

This model is ideal for high-bay automated warehouses, cold-chain storage facilities, automotive parts logistics, and other applications requiring extreme vertical storage and ultra-narrow aisle operations.
