The CS-F15P-ZL is a lightweight, agile automated pallet jack designed for efficient flat-surface material handling, with a rated load capacity of 1,200 kg. It has compact dimensions of 1,640 × 935 × 1,955 mm and a low lifting height of 95 mm, making it specifically suited for pallet transportation tasks.
The unit adopts 2D laser SLAM navigation and operates at speeds of up to 1.5 m/s, powered by a 24V 105Ah battery system that supports 6–8 hours of continuous full-load operation. It is designed for low-cost, high-efficiency logistics scenarios where short-distance pallet movement is required.
In terms of maneuverability, the forklift offers a right-angle stacking aisle width of 2,514 mm, a turning diameter of 3,000 mm, and a minimum aisle width of 1,335 mm, providing strong adaptability in constrained environments. Weighing only 350 kg, it also supports a 5% climbing ability and can traverse gaps of up to 10 mm, ensuring stable performance across typical warehouse floor conditions.
For safety and perception, the system is equipped with three LiDAR sensors, safety edge protection, and an emergency stop mechanism. The forks measure 1,130 × 170 × 55 mm, enabling compatibility with open pallets and rack systems. A 2-hour charge delivers approximately 8–10 hours of unloaded operation, supporting frequent short-cycle workflows.
This model is ideal for manufacturing workshops, express sorting centers, supermarket distribution hubs, and other flat-floor environments requiring fast, efficient, and cost-effective pallet handling over short distances.
