The CS-D02-S is an ultra-compact, low-profile lifting AGV designed for light-duty material handling in extremely confined spaces. It has a rated load capacity of 200 kg and a lifting height of 60 mm, with a compact footprint of just 880 × 510 × 306 mm. Its low-profile design allows it to move underneath shelves and material racks to perform automated towing and transport tasks.
The system supports both laser SLAM and QR code navigation, and uses a differential drive configuration to achieve highly flexible movement. It offers a turning diameter of 954 mm and can operate in passages as narrow as 910 mm, making it suitable for ultra-tight logistics environments. With an operating speed of up to 1.5 m/s, it also supports a 5% climbing ability for basic ramp navigation.
For safety and perception, the AGV is equipped with 2–3 LiDAR sensors, safety edge detection, emergency stop functionality, and optional 3D suspended obstacle detection, ensuring reliable operation in shared human-machine environments. It is powered by a 48V 25Ah battery system, which requires approximately 2 hours for a full charge and delivers 6–8 hours of full-load operation. The system also supports automatic and manual charging, as well as shelf-leg recognition in non-QR code mode for improved flexibility.
This model is ideal for handling lightweight goods, bins, and material carts in confined environments such as electronics assembly workshops, small-part logistics zones, and flexible manufacturing lines where space utilization and maneuverability are critical.

Understand our strengths
1. Ultra-light delivery plan
Can use PAD for vehicle scheduling and management (vehicle scheduling, data analysis, abnormal alarm);
It is recommended to use PAD to make up for the shortcomings in the automated scheduling of the system and realize the “flexible” use of vehicles.;
Through the optimization of digital terminals, the collaborative management of man and machine can be realized and the overall management efficiency can be improved.
2. FREIGHT FIRST KILOMETER SERVICE PLATFORM
Handling materials: fresh fruits, agricultural and sideline products
Project scenario: Unloading port → merchant → shipping area
Merchant→ Product reserve warehouse
Handling process: The merchant calls the forklift through the terminal→ designated area → point-to-point handling
Project results: reduce manual handling, reduce labor costs, and save more than 80% of manpower; optimize the operation process, merchants only need to place an order online to easily complete the cargo handling, effectively saving communication costs and time costs, and improving handling efficiency.
3. A CHEMICAL COMPANY
Unmanned forklifts are required to complete the transportation of finished products from the production line to the temporary storage area; workers can dispatch unmanned forklifts through on-site pager or flatbed to achieve one-click call handling; unmanned forklifts can complete automatic fork picking through pallet attitude recognition, and then transport the goods to the warehouse area, according to the cargo lane recognition technology to determine the degree of overflowing of the cargo lane, and automatically return to the area to be forked after completing the automatic drop-off.
Project results: After the introduction of the ”intelligent handling solution for line-side warehousing”, the operators on the customer's site can focus on production line production, fully realizing the separation of people and vehicles, and effectively improving on-site safety.Managers can directly count and manage vehicles and goods through the background of the system to ensure efficient on-site collaboration and improve on-site operation efficiency 60%
4. A LARGE THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS COMPANY
Unmanned forklifts are required to complete the handling of goods on the warehouse plane and across floors; to provide customers with on-site hazardous chemicals and chemical raw materials and other cargo handling, to achieve warehouse location management, cross-floor handling and cargo elevator docking and other full-process automated handling.
Project results: effectively reduce manual handling work and save a lot of labor costs; managers can directly count and manage vehicles and goods through the background of the system to complete the cross-floor handling of goods; wood ant large-scale cluster dispatching system can adapt to the rapid changes in future business, can quickly expand capacity, facilitate system upgrades by module, and quickly respond to customer needs
