More accurate: Based on the high-order dynamics algorithm, full parameter compensation, and TrueMotion path planning technology, the robot's linear trajectory accuracy is <0.5mm, and the X, Y, and Z-axis direction error around the gun is <0.8mm, which is comparable to the industrial-grade welding performance.
Safer: Ultra-sensitive collision detection based on full-joint force control increases the sensitivity of collision detection by 5 times compared with the traditional collaborative robots based on current loop; independent SIL3 certified RSC safety controller monitors the status of the underlying components in real time; suction-coupled brake realizes a braking distance of <1mm (10mm for pin-type brake) to ensure that it does not fall down in case of sudden power failure, which is more reassuring.
Smoother: The robot adopts a full-joint force control technology system with built-in high-precision torque sensors in each axis joint, which can realize utility-grade drag teaching function, and it can be easily and smoothly dragged with a drag force of 1N or less, and it can realize direct teaching of complex points and continuous trajectories, and the programming efficiency can be increased by 20%.
